Special Student Registration Session on Saturday, July 21st
On Saturday, July 21, 2012 the District 59 Administration Center will be open for new student registrations from 9 am until 12 noon.
Parents should bring their child’s certified and numbered birth certificate or passport, multiple proofs of residency and emergency contact information when registering for school. Proof of residency must include one of the following: most recent real estate tax bill, signed lease, closing statement for the purchase of a residence or notarized letter from the owner of the residence. A second proof of residency should include two of the following items: drivers license, utility bill, insurance certificate, public aid card, or voter registration card.
