It is the policy of the district to provide and encourage the use of school facilities for the use of any cultural, social or civic group when such use, in the opinion of the Board of Education, is to benefit the community. Applications are available in the schools or by contacting the Business Services Department. All requests shall be submitted to Business Services, not less than ten (10) days prior to the date for which the facility is requested. Application forms are available in all school offices and the Administration Center, or by accessing the application form on the Internet. Please send a hard copy of the application form to:

After school personnel have granted approval for use of a facility, the Business Services Department will issue a permit and confirmation will be mailed to the applicant.
Building rental rates will be charged for use of facilities on weekends and evenings after 9:00 p.m. In addition to the costs for use of a room, an hourly rate will be charged for the custodian's time spent preparing and cleaning up after the usage.
