Technology Support, Repair and Online Work Orders
Technology support issues originating at the schools are first addressed by the LRC staff located at each school. Online Work Orders are submitted for issues that are not resolved by school support staffs. Technology equipment to be repaired are sent to the Administration Center accompanied by a B-20 Repair Form. Other assistance and information requests should be directed to the ISS Department.
