 COMMUNITY CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT 59

Invites Senior Citizens to Return to School!

We offer a program that will allow senior citizens (age 60 and older) within the District 59 attendance area to work at one of our schools at minimum wage. The maximum amount a senior can earn is capped at the total amount of real estate taxes paid to District 59.

No special skills are required--just the desire to work with children at the pre-kindergarten through eighth grade level. This is a unique opportunity for senior residents to make an important contribution to the educational development of the children within their community.

If you know someone who may be interested in learning more about the District 59 Seniors Supporting Schools program, have them contact Betsy Boswell at the District 59 Administration Center 847.593.4404.
