Collective Bargaining Agreements

 

PUBLIC ACT 097-0256

In accordance with Public Act 097-0256 (105 ILCS 5/10-20.47), Administrator and teacher salary and benefits report and (105 ILCS 5/34-18.38) Administrator and teacher salary and benefits report, each school board shall report to the State Board of Education, on or before October 1 of each year, the base salary and benefits of the district superintendent and all administrators and teachers employed by the school district.

Compensation Report 2025

 

PUBLIC ACT 097-0609

In accordance with Public Act 097-0609, each school district must post on their website the “total compensation package” for employees who receive a compensation package that exceeds $75,000 per year. This information is required to be posted within 6 business days after an employer participating in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund approves their budget.

Compensation Report 2025

In accordance with Public Act 097-0609, each school district must post on their website the “total compensation package” for employees who will receive a compensation package that exceeds $150,000 per year at least six (6) days before the employer approves such compensation package.

 

PUBLIC ACT 101-0504

The law requires IMRF to post certain employer cost and participation reports on its website. IMRF will update these reports annually. The following information is included:

  • Employer Contribution Amounts: The amount of employer contributions each employer made from 1/1/1995 to present (searchable spreadsheet)
  • Employer Contribution Rates: Each employer’s contribution rates for the current year and one year after (searchable spreadsheet)
  • Participating Employers: A list of all employers and the date each employer joined IMRF (searchable spreadsheet)
  • Employer Resolutions: Required participation resolutions for employers that joined on or after 1/1/1995 (searchable PDF)

ACTO PÚBLICO 097-0256

De conformidad con la Ley Pública 097-0256 (105 ILCS 5/10-20.47), Informe de salario y beneficios del administrador y maestro e (105 ILCS 5/34-18.38) Informe de salario y beneficios del administrador y maestro, cada junta escolar deberá informar al Estado Junta de Educación, el 1 de octubre de cada año o antes, el salario base y los beneficios del superintendente del distrito y todos los administradores y maestros empleados por el distrito escolar.

ACTO PÚBLICO 097-0609

De acuerdo con la Ley Pública 097-0609, cada distrito escolar debe publicar en su sitio web el “paquete de compensación total” para los empleados que reciben un paquete de compensación que excede los $75,000 por año. La Ley Pública 097-0609 define el “paquete de compensación total” como el salario del empleado, seguro médico, subsidio de vivienda, subsidio de vehículo, subsidio de vestimenta, bonos, préstamos, días de vacaciones otorgados y días de enfermedad otorgados.

De conformidad con la Ley Pública 097-0609, cada distrito escolar debe publicar en su sitio web el “paquete de compensación total” para los empleados que recibirán un paquete de compensación que exceda los $150,000 por año al menos seis (6) días antes de que el empleador apruebe dicho paquete de compensación.
