Mr. Reid grew up in Brookfield, Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Mr. Reid served 6 years as a United States Marine Corps Reservist and took part in the first Gulf War. He has spent 26 years living inside CCSD59 borders while working for Allstate and Siemens. He has spent the last 19 years as an Elk Grove Village citizen.
He and his wife, Bernadette, have two daughters, Bella and Maddie, both of whom participate in the Two-Way Dual Language Program at CCSD59. He is an active member of the PTO at Salt Creek Elementary as Treasurer and has served past roles on multiple committees, including Dual Language, Fun Fair, and Science Night.
